• Just think that it could have been your own child who could have been kidnapped and show your concern by helping us solve this case.

Tejas Gaba ,age 8 years was kidnapped on 12th December, 2008 at 7:38 am while waiting for the bus at Pruthi chowk, Model town, Panipat.

The child was snatched from the mother at gun point while buying chocolates from the nearby shop.The kidnapper picked up the child from behind and pushed him at the back seat of the car and fired a gun shot from a 9 mm pistol before speeding away in his car. The car used was a silver color Honda Accord / Civic ,bearing fake number plate DL 4c 1362. with black tinted glasses. The mother of the child tried to chase the kidnappers but could not succeed. The kidnappers used mobile phones which were snatched from the public at gun point to make ransom calls to the parents of the child. Haryana Police has been working on the case but could not succeed so far .We now appeal to the public to please come forward and give any information about the child and/or the accused to help us solve this case. JUST THINK IT COULD HAVE BEEN YOUR OWN CHILD OR CAN BE YOUR OWN CHILD OR ANY OTHER FAMILY MEMBER , WHO MAY BE KIDNAPPED IN FUTURE, IF SUCH CULPRITS ARE ALLOWED TO GO AROUND FREELY. PLEASE HELP US SOLVE THIS CASE WITH WHATEVER INFORMATION YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT THE CHILD AND/OR THE ACCUSED. The informer will be rewarded RS. 15 LACS by HARYANA POLICE and the identity of the informer will be kept strictly confidential.

3. Does not hesitate to use a firearm

Description of the accomplice

1. Wheatish complexion, looks like any college going youngster
2. At times carries a laptop bag on his shoulders
3. Speaks and writes fluent english.
4. Tech savvy person who has good knowledge of internet & email
5. In one of the email sent to the parents of the kidnapped child the following words were used: “Its one month now and all my partners are pretty annoyed, restless and out of control. I cannot stop my partners who are determined to kill the boy now, if you don't oblige right away. If the new number and email id you have given us is found to be a trap we shall make sure….. don't show heroics of any kind like police surveillance, transmitters etc. My men will call you when you get this mail, they will not say anything to you. You just have to say “Yes Arranged” before they hang-up else….”
